Kolibrí Festivaali seeks artistic proposals for its 10th aniversary!
The children's festival, Kolibrí Festivaali, is calling on all artists and educational professionals to help create an exciting program for its 10th anniversary! This open call aims to build a diverse program of children's activities, welcoming professionals of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities residing in Finland.
Kolibrí will celebrate its 10th anniversary in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, from 13-27.9.2025, and will be present for the first time, in Tampere the 21.9.2025.
This year, there will be a special open call for creatives who can offer activities in Roma and Sámi languages.
Produced by the multicultural association Kulttuurikeskus Ninho, its approach to diversity, interculturality and accessibility has no counterpart in the Nordic countries.
Submit your artistic prosposals by March 10, 2025. The Sámi and Roma open call will accept applications during 3-31 March.
